Each session begins with an intuitive intake so we can identify what is most active and urgent for you right now. From there, I create a customized session using a blend of modalities guided entirely by your energy.
This may include quantum energy healing, subconscious reprogramming, chakra and aura clearing, ancestral or emotional release, sound or frequency work, breathwork, and intuitive guidance.
