My journey into healing did not begin in a classroom. It began in lived experience.

Growing up, I navigated challenging environments that left me searching for deeper meaning and inner stability. Like many people, I felt disconnected for years, knowing there had to be something more beneath the surface.

In 2018, my spiritual awakening began. In 2020, a near death experience changed everything. What I experienced was not symbolic. It was structural. My understanding of consciousness, energy, and human potential expanded beyond what I had ever known. I saw clearly how the body, subconscious mind, and energetic field are deeply interconnected.

That experience was not an ending. It was a call to refine, train, and ground what I had been shown.

Over the past eight years, I have immersed myself in intensive healing work, advanced certifications, and personal transformation. I rebuilt my identity from the inside out. I learned how to regulate my nervous system, restructure subconscious patterns, establish strong boundaries, and integrate shadow in a grounded and practical way.

Today, as the founder of Light & Breezy Coaching in Minnesota, I blend ancient energetic modalities with modern subconscious reprogramming and mindset restructuring. My work bridges spiritual awareness with real life embodiment.
